Delivery Information

Orders will be via Courier - Next Day Delivery

• Delivery is only applicable to England and Wales mainland. We don’t ship frozen goods to Scotland.
• Orders can be placed up to 12pm the day before, for next day delivery.
• Our couriers are under instruction to leave in a safe place, if no one is home.
• We take great care to pack all orders to remain frozen for approximately 12–24 hours. However, once your order has been handed over to the courier, we cannot take responsibility for its condition during transit. All deliveries are made at the customer’s own risk, we are unable to offer refunds for any issues that occur after the order leaves our store.
• No deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
